On January 28th, Raiders wrestler William Wilson brought a GMC title home for both himself and the North Brunswick wrestling program. His run has been a run of dominance and consistency as he sits undefeated this year after making a trip to states last year in Atlantic City.

Wilson said that this GMC win was just the first step in his journey though. He said, “It was just the first step to really showing myself and everyone around me how much my hard work has paid off.”

This is the second sport that Wilson has received honors from for the school as he’s been a mainstay on the football team for 3 years. He feels honored to have the chance to do both saying, “It means a lot to me knowing that people bring up North Brunswick sports and my name is involved in the prestige they speak of.”
